Suggested Use
Take 2 ml daily at mealtime. Each bottle of Blue Ice Fermented Cod Liver Cinnamon, liquid, comes with a syringe that fits into the bottle's plastic top. You can easily insert the syringe into the top, invert the bottle and draw the desired dose into the syringe. Keep refrigerated after opening.
